As a skilled Technical Writer, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. The role is key in shaping written content for strategic bids and proposals.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure alignment with brand and client expectations, particularly for Government and Defence submissions.
- Contribute to win themes, messaging, and case studies, and ensure their integration into written and graphic content.
- Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines. Support bid workshops, kick-off meetings, and post-submission content management.Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, procurement, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
- Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content, with strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with Defence-specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
