**Job Overview**

Located high above the Melbourne skyline in Southbank, we have a unique opportunity for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Melbourne Skydeck.

Melbourne Skydeck is an iconic tourist attraction offering breathtaking views of the city. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, processing drink and food orders, serving beverages and food, and making cocktails and coffees.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Process drink and food orders efficiently and effectively
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food
• Make cocktails and coffees to a high standard
• Maintain the bar area in a clean and sanitary condition
• Ensure RSA requirements are adhered to at all times
• Complete opening and closing checklists to ensure routines are completed to the highest standard

**What We're Looking For**

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Bartender, including making cocktails
• Demonstrated knowledge of drinks and cocktails
• Valid RSA Certificate
• Ability to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
• Availability to work throughout school holiday periods and public holidays
• Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Hard-working, flexible, and charismatic attitude
• Experience working independently
• Willingness to undertake a free online Food Allergen course
• Eligible to work in Australia
