We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual who identifies as First Nations to kick-start their business administration career.
- Certificate III in Business qualification is required for this role.
- A traineeship program that provides the opportunity to earn while you learn.
- Ongoing mentoring and support throughout your traineeship journey.
This full-time traineeship is aligned with KPST's Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, which aims to create meaningful employment pathways for First Nations people.
You will be employed by gforce, a Group Training Organisation, and hosted at KPST, working alongside an experienced team who deliver inclusive, high-quality sports and entertainment events and maintain the world-class venue GMHBA Stadium.
About the RoleAs a Business Administration Trainee, you will provide key support across various administrative and operational functions, including:
Administrative Tasks:
- General administration tasks such as document handling, data entry, email correspondence, and presentations.
- Supporting ongoing stakeholder relationships through meeting coordination, relationship management, and updating digital content.
- Assisting with internal events and customer service enquiries.
Operational Functions:
- Assisting with logistics and service contractor rostering and booking.
- Helping with stocktake and inventory checks of stadium equipment and assets.
We are looking for someone who is:
Detail-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
Passionate about community engagement and events.
Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.
Abel to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team.
A Year 12 VCE/VCAL graduate.
