About Our Role

Our team is engaged in a wide range of litigation, advisory and contractual matters across diverse clients in both the public and private sectors.

We are seeking a talented early career professional who is passionate about planning and environment law to develop under a senior team.

  • This role will involve working on top-level Government clients, as well as private sector clients, on various matters such as land and environment court litigation.
Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with our team to:

  • Draft legal documents related to land and environment court litigation;
  • Provide advice on issues such as statutory interpretation of planning instruments;
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in or exposure to land and environment court litigation;
  • Excellent legal research and written skills, with the ability to draft legal documents at an appropriate level of complexity;
  • Solid analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and sound judgement.
