Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Insurance (Public Liability) team in Melbourne due to our ongoing growth. This role will involve handling a variety of Personal Injury and Property Liability cases. It is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that is expanding and experiencing a surge in workload, along with the addition of new team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in defendant insurance, specifically in Public Liability;
- Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional service;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Capability to manage individual files while providing assistance to colleagues under supervision;
- Ability to autonomously manage a personal file load;
- A proactive and practical mindset.
