Our Insurance Team

Our award-winning insurance and health team is led by 33 industry leading principals across six states. We handle claims across major classes of insurance and act for prominent names in the industry, both locally and internationally.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Insurance (Public Liability) team in Melbourne. This role offers a diverse range of public liability and general insurance work from various clients, focusing on personal injury claims, including institutional abuse cases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team experiencing an influx of work.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in defendant insurance (Public Liability) claims;
  • Strong client relationship building skills with a focus on exceptional client service;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to manage own files and assist others under supervision, with a view to managing a high file load autonomously;
  • An enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to work.
