This is a leadership role within our Platform Engineering domain. As Observability Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of engineers focused on providing comprehensive insights into the health, performance, and behaviour of our critical systems and applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in observability principles, tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, Open Telemetry), and best practices. Experience building and managing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is also essential.

You will lead and manage the strategy and roadmap for Observability across our organisation, covering logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Observability platforms and tools.
