As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for translating global Ophthalmic Surgical business segment strategies into local sales tactics and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market awareness of ZEISS technologies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Managers to establish market presence and acceptance of ZEISS products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders in the medical community.
  • Develop and deliver corporate-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales funnel, market development, market opportunities, threats, and risks.
Requirements
  • Four-year university degree in business, healthcare, or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales and marketing experience, preferably within the surgical industry.
  • Proven experience in KOL management and strategic marketing.
  • Excellent team building, teaching, and motivation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills within a professional environment.
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
