Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Plant Operator to join our team.

The Role

This position involves operating heavy plant equipment as required and directed by the Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Safely setting up work areas for daily tasks and requirements.
  • Transporting materials from suppliers to the worksite in a timely manner.
  • Providing support with other duties as needed.
Essential Skills / Qualifications
  • Possession of an excavator ticket is mandatory.
  • A valid Driver's Licence – MR or HR Class is required.
  • An OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card is essential.
  • Physical fitness and stamina, including the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
  • Ability to travel to other depots or worksites to complete project work as required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
