Entry-Level Operator Position

As an Operator in Training, you will work at Plane Creek Mill in Sarina and gain experience in a dynamic team environment.
This fixed-term position is ideal for those looking to start their career in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor liquor, molasses, magma, and massecuite stocks and boil at a rate that doesn't limit factory throughput while maintaining maximum sucrose recovery.
- Work in conjunction with the Assistant Pan Boiler to ensure efficient and safe operation of this station.
- Operate the Juice Circuit, including Juice Heaters, Clarifiers, Filters, Evaporators, and associated equipment.
- Contribute to a collaborative team effort to achieve efficient factory performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on safety.
- Ability to work at heights and confined spaces.
- Maintenance skills, including trade qualifications and High-Risk Work Licenses in Dogging, Rigging, and Scaffolding.
