Entry-Level Drilling Traineeship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our drilling team as an entry-level trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in the drilling industry and gain valuable experience.

As a drilling offsider, you will have the chance to develop your skills in a variety of areas, including equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of drilling equipment and learn about the different techniques used in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobilizing drilling equipment from one location to another
  • Handling core samples and ensuring they are properly labeled and stored
  • Assisting with the maintenance and repair of drilling equipment
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Flexibility to work a range of rosters, including 4:2 and 2:1 shifts
  • Heavy Rigid Licence (HR)
  • Ability to pass a stringent pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
  • Current Police Clearance, less than 3 months old
