We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a commercial refurbishment project in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers on a large-scale commercial refurbishment project.
  • Oversee the programming and coordination of construction activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OHS compliance and site induction protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries to meet project timelines.
  2. Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement the construction program.
  3. Ensure OHS compliance on-site, including site inductions for all personnel.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour.
