Job Title: Broadacre Agronomist

A leading agricultural consultancy is seeking an experienced agronomist to join their team. As a specialist in crop management, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on strategies for weed, pest, disease, and nutrition management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomy and strong organisational skills. They should be able to form trusting relationships with clients and work collaboratively with the company's seasoned team of advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert agronomic advice to clients
  • Developing comprehensive weed control strategies and formulating tailored nutrition and fertiliser plans
  • Collaborating with the company's team of advisors to deliver seamless planning services
  • Engaging with the farming community through discussion groups, crop walks, and industry events
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an agronomist
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to form trusting client relationships
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
