Your role

Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients in planning and executing crop strategies from sowing to harvest
  • Working in various agricultural roles to expand knowledge
  • Scouting for potential pests and diseases within crops
  • Participating in field trial work for hands-on experience
  • Assisting in preparing for client visits
  • Ensuring accurate data recording in systems
  • Compiling and preparing client reports
  • Assisting in the preparation and running of field days and crop walks
  • Attending training events to accelerate career
  • Being based in Swan Hill, with potential for other regional locations
About you

Qualifications

  • Has completed or is about to complete an Agribusiness/Ag Science degree with a broadacre focus
  • Has a strong affinity with the land
  • Is interested in developing an agronomic specialisation
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
  • Is ethical, community-minded, and accepting of a diverse, inclusive workplace
  • Is self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Can interface with ultra-modern tech
  • Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
