We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Post Placement Support Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and make a real difference in the lives of people with disability.

About this Role:

This full-time permanent position offers flexible working conditions, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a Post Placement Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support to participants in the Ipswich and Wollongong regions.

  • Individualized placement and support for participants
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 1-3 years experience in employment support services
  • Understanding of issues facing participants and employers
  • Knowledge of local community agencies and ability to coordinate services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate self-reflection, resilience, and accountability
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
