Hazardous Materials Project Officer

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Hazardous Materials Project Officer to manage and plan the safe delivery of facility services.

About the Role:

  • Assist schools in managing facility services and upgrade works, minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure WHS practices are implemented.
  • Monitor and report service performance of contractors.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with WHS regulations.
  • Represent the organization in meetings and discussions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, crisis management, and work health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
