About this role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our Underground Mobile Maintenance team. As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our fleet, working in both a breakdown and planned maintenance capacity.

The successful candidate will have experience working on Underground Mobile Equipment, including Sandvik, Caterpillar, Normet, Volvo, and Epiroc. They will also have a strong understanding of safe work practices and be able to demonstrate great communication and time management skills.

This role involves working in multiple environments, including surface and underground workshops, and between multiple work locations and sites.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a maintenance team, preferably in a mining or heavy industry environment.
- A C Class drivers license, HRW License desirable.
- Experience working on Underground Mobile Equipment, including Sandvik, Caterpillar, Normet, Volvo, and Epiroc.
- Previous mining experience is essential, with Underground experience desirable.

We are located in Leinster, Western Australia, which offers a range of amenities and services. The town has a pool, social activities, and a variety of accommodation options. Employees commute to and from Perth on a fly-in, fly-out roster or from Leinster town on a drive-in, drive-out roster.
Our Mobile Maintenance Workshop is located underground, down at 10 Level, with the fully equipped Workshop offering drill bays, service pits, parts store, hose room, auto sparky bay, boily bay, overhead gantry crane, and a large variety of tooling.
