Program Coordinator Opportunity

Are you passionate about planning, project management, and building relationships? Do you have strong communication and administration skills? We are seeking a motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing holiday programs on a state and national level. This includes development, planning, scheduling and implementation of holiday programs to ensure they are stimulating and of high quality, aligned with our core values.

  • Develop high-quality holiday programs through research, planning, and scheduling
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders
  • Book incursions and excursions and gather feedback on the delivery of the programs

The successful candidate will have:

  • Moderate commercial understanding, with demonstrable experience in Excel
  • Motivated and able to manage workload and competing priorities
  • Experience managing projects through to successful completion

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Salary: $60,000 - $73,000 per year.
