About the Role

The Director of Learning Village will be responsible for fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. You will work closely with our team to operationalise our strategy, lead complex wellbeing situations, and provide guidance to our community. Your leadership will be grounded in empathy, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams in non-traditional settings and operationalise our strategy daily
  • Provide consistent and emotionally grounded guidance to the community in complex wellbeing situations
  • Lead inclusively, celebrating and nurturing diversity
