Job Overview

A team leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various teams within an organization. In this capacity, you will oversee the daily activities of technicians and service personnel responsible for electronic security systems installation, maintenance, and repair.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of skilled technicians conducting service and maintenance operations on electronic security systems
  • Collaborate with the branch manager to set priorities and goals for the team
  • Lead by example and provide guidance to junior staff members
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting high-quality standards
Key Responsibilities
  1. Day-to-day supervision of technicians and service personnel
  2. Conducting routine site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
  3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  4. Reporting incidents or anomalies to senior management for prompt resolution
Selection Criteria
  • Valid QLD security license
  • Cabling license
  • Two recent references
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to pass a medical examination
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role
