Business Process Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Automation Specialist to join our innovative team in Ballarat. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Zoho applications to enhance business operations.

  • Design, develop, and implement Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, and other modules.
  • Customise Zoho applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Zoho platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customise Zoho applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Implement automation workflows and integrate Zoho with third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Zoho platform.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
  • Experience with business process automation and workflow management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
