Casual Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic educator to guide our team and nurture a warm, home-like environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, skilled, and genuinely cares about creating meaningful experiences for children and families.

About the Role
  • We offer professional growth opportunities, including mentoring, in-service support, and training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety.
  • You will have access to wellbeing resources for yourself and your family through our partnership with Sonder.
  • We provide a supportive leadership team dedicated to your growth and success.
  • Our centre has large outdoor play areas, a vegetable garden, and local excursions that strengthen community connections.
Requirements
  • A minimum Cert III or equivalent in Early Childhood.
  • A valid Working with Children Card and current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
  • A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
  • Full availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm (preferred).
