Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children. Our learning service caters for children in a secure, home-like environment that is warm and friendly with an open atmosphere that is stimulating.

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children\

• To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements\

• To work collaboratively as part of a team\
• To maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times\
• To perform other tasks as required by the Centre Manager\
• To contribute to the development of policies and procedures\
• To provide feedback and suggestions for improvement\
• To maintain accurate records and reports\
• To respond to emergencies and crises situations\

Requirements:

• \
• Cert III or Diploma in Child Services or similar as approved by ACECQA\
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training\
• Current Working With Children's Check (employment)\
• Experience working in a similar environment is desirable\
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills\
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
• High level of organisational and time management skills\
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times\
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the centre\
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges\
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\
