Project Scheduler

About the Role:
The Project Scheduler is a key member of our Melbourne Construction Team at Stowe Australia, responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules using Microsoft Project (Online).
As a highly motivated individual with excellent organisation, technical, and communication skills, you will work closely with project team leaders to build, evaluate, and optimise project schedules.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules, including development, engineering, construction, supply chain, regulatory, and finance-related activities.
- Participating in regular project team meetings across multiple projects.
- Ensuring consistent methodology for project scheduling and forecasting.
- Preparing spend curves and cash-flow forecasts during the project life cycle.
- Reporting schedule deliverables to project leads and teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the Electrical industry (D&C Projects).
- Proficiency with scheduling software, with a strong preference for MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Online, PWA (Project Web Application), and Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and database applications.
- An understanding of critical path methodology to ensure timely delivery of milestone tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
