What you'll do?

As a valuable member of our Deployments Team, you'll contribute to the delivery of exceptional technical support and cultivate strong client relationships. We're seeking motivated Deployment Technicians who are customer-centred and self-driven, with a strong desire to establish a long-term career in the IT industry.

  • Provide face-to-face L1 technical support and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Perform on-site delivery and deployment tasks, including physical setup, software transfers, and cable management.
  • Configure devices, including device imaging and software deployment.
  • Support our clients by performing other IT-related tasks as directed.

What you'll bring?

  • Prior customer service experience with a passion for engaging with diverse individuals.
  • Strong interest in the IT field, possibly with previous industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating confidence and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to follow repetitive processes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and thinking creatively.

Requirements:

  • We want to learn more about you, therefore a relevant cover letter is required for your application to be considered.
  • Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally.
  • Travel on-site to our clients' office in the Melbourne CBD.
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
