About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Associate to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team at FTI Consulting, Inc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview and assessment scheduling, reporting, producing MI, and team administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with interview scheduling, including booking, coordinating candidate and hiring manager diaries, and room bookings.
  • Manage the Recruitment Inbox and respond to applications and queries as appropriate.
  • Facilitate assessments and assist with the management of recruitment trackers in Excel and Taleo.
  • Draft employment offers and contracts.
  • Assist with maintaining recruitment data integrity and adherence to audit in Taleo.
  • Support the Recruitment Team with ad-hoc reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Recruitment service and processes.
  • Process invoices and expenses.
  • Support the Recruitment team with reviewing and/or screening CVs wherever possible.
  • Own and manage the Post Recruitment Interview process with new starters, including highlighting immediate concerns with the Recruitment team and HR, and producing quarterly reports identifying trends, areas for improvement, and suggestions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven background in recruitment coordination and administration.
  • Knowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to build strong rapport/relationships at all levels across the business.
  • Ability to work with high self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems.
  • Methodical approach to work and strong prioritization skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven background in working in office administration.
  • Experience in professional services would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Taleo or other Applicant Tracking System would be an advantage.
