Technical Services Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Services Specialist to join our Fleet Management System team. Working closely with the National Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers and playing a key role in our operations team.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Experience in the Mining industry with Machine Guidance systems expertise
  • Ability to install and support complex IT systems
  • Hands-on hardware and software system-level troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of wireless and radio propagation principles
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and approaches

  • Deliver and install products to customers efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-functional team of hardware and software support professionals
  • Install and support complex IT systems effectively
