Streaming Partnerships Executive

We are a leading entertainment company, part of a global music group. Our mission is to identify and develop talented artists and songwriters.

We seek a creative and innovative Streaming Partnerships Manager to support our team in facilitating day-to-day account management needs.

  • Key Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of the Partner platform features, playlist ecosystem, and opportunities for Artists to engage with fans.
  • Creative Strategy: Support the execution of content creation, liaise with teams to source deliverables in a timely manner, and learn to develop a deep understanding of Artist brands and marketing campaigns.
  • Talent Acquisition: Discover new Artists, listen to their music, gain insights into their stories, and help connect the music across different audiences on various platforms.
  • Content Monetisation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to increase streaming share for priority releases, create marketing & promotional strategies to drive consumption and revenue.
  • Data Insights: Develop a use of data and analytics throughout all activities, ensuring future platform and format opportunities are maximised and digital trends identified.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar industry or agency, preferably in music sales, marketing, or promotion.
  • An understanding of the music business landscape, encompassing artist development, new business, sync, publicity, and logistics.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with data tools such as YouTube Studio, Spotify for Artists, Apple Music For Artists, and Chartmetric.
  • Knowledge of creative editing tools, such as Photoshop and Final Cut Pro (desired).
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
