Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at people2people. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers, processing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements and managing cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements, providing insights for business decision-making.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as required, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Support the financial management of our initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator with a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. You will have proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB and Xero, and excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with our finance team and external stakeholders.

Salary: $45.00 Hourly
