About the Position

This is a part-time position, working 4 days a week, with a focus on finance and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts across multiple entities
  • Processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Supporting the finance team with data entry and invoice processing
  • Providing administrative support to the Management Team and Directors

  • Proficiency in XERO and MYOB
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
