The Aesop Facial Treatment is a hallmark of our brand, characterised by meticulous attention to detail, impeccable technique, intense nourishment, and exquisite touch.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Facial Therapist in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio, or day spa.
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Cert. IV.
  • Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets and meeting KPIs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how Aesop's exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat guests and build a solid return guest base.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position with a 12-month opportunity. The on-site working pattern is Tuesday to Saturday, with a roster of:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:45am - 6:15pm.
  • Saturday: 9:45am - 5:15pm.
  • 38 hours per week.
