Aesop Facial Treatment

Meticulous attention to detail, impeccable technique, intense nourishment, and exquisite touch are the hallmarks of the Aesop Facial Treatment.

We provide comprehensive induction and training programmes, and encourage an inclusive culture that nurtures enduring professional relationships.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Facial Therapist in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio, or day spa
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Cert. IV
  • Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets. Meeting KPIs
  • Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how Aesop's exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat Guests, building a solid return Guest base
Working Arrangements

This is a Full Time position, with an on-site working pattern of Tuesday - Saturday.

The roster is as follows:

  • Tuesday - Friday 9:45am - 6:15pm
  • Saturday 9:45am - 5:15pm
  • 38 hours per week

We raise our bar high at Aesop, and never lower it. This applies to every aspect of our business, from how we treat our customers and employees, to how we formulate our products, the ingredients we use, and how we design our spaces.
