Job Role

The mechanical drafting coordinator is a key figure in our team, responsible for delivering high-quality drafting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe working environment by participating in regular audits and adhering to established policies.
  • Develop and implement drafting standards and procedures.
  • Establish and manage the drawing review and management system, including revision control and storage.
  • Oversee the development and integration of 3D models from OEMs and internal teams.
  • Prioritize and allocate drafting tasks in collaboration with the engineering manager.
Drafting Execution:
  • Produce detailed drawings for tender, construction, and fabrication purposes.
  • Develop and update 3D models.
  • Ensure all drafting meets industry standards.
Project Delivery:
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project scope.
  • Manage risks and contribute to achieving a zero-harm project outcome.

About You

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of drafting experience, including multi-disciplined capital projects.
  • Strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor 3D software, and MS Office Suite (Excel and Project).
  • Understanding of engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to manage risks and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
