Job Description:

  • Handle customer orders, invoicing, and credits with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive support to our Sales Team.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Work flexible hours between 5:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Experience in customer service roles involving data entry and phone calls.
  • High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pronto or similar ERP software experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
  • A strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
