The position of Registered Nurse offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, providing supervision and support to less experienced clinicians and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- To deliver person-centered nursing care to individuals using best practice evidence and clinical knowledge.
- To provide supervision and support to less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused quality care.
- To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in the context of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means, and sound interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner.
- A competitive salary package up to $101,299.48 per annum.
