As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working effectively as part of a team, and contributing to the development of care plans that meet the needs of patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Ability to conduct nursing practice that respects the rights of individuals within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective clinical communication using information technology and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage own emotions and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Evidence of participation in professional development and a commitment to maintaining competence and sharing expertise with colleagues.
