The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Remote Area Nurse and current registration by APHRA. They will also have a strong understanding of and commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination, as well as an understanding of the issues faced by Yolngu people living in remote settings.
The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team to further develop a collaborative and culturally responsive model that provides support and mentorship for all team members. This will involve providing high-level advice, leadership, and coordination to ensure an integrated approach to the delivery of comprehensive Primary Health Care across all service delivery points within the service.
