Our Induction Program

Our Early Childhood Teacher First Steps induction program is designed to support new educators in their transition to our team. The program includes:

  • Three months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally
  • An ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role
  • Community Connection Sessions to network with other educators, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to hold:

  • An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Teacher's Registration or eligible to apply
