About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality education and care programs that meet the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) learning outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and carers to create a sense of belonging and connection.
- Contribute to the development of creative and engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing of children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Provisional or Proficient Teacher Accreditation.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Demonstrated experience working in a long day care centre with children between the ages of six weeks and five years.
- Strong leadership skills, including organisational ability, commitment to quality customer service, and promotion of a professional image.
- Working knowledge of legislative requirements relating to Early Childhood Education and Care and Child Protection.
