Aircraft Maintenance Professional Opportunity

Key responsibilities of the role include performing maintenance on assigned aircraft to the highest standards in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications, hold qualifications on various models of helicopters, possess a current CASA B2 license, and display excellent communication skills.

Working hours are 38 per week over 4 days, Monday to Thursday. A competitive remuneration package is offered, along with opportunities for training and upskilling to support ongoing development.

As part of this role, tasks must be completed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assigning tasks, and supervising Aircraft Maintenance Engineers allocated to the job.

Key qualities of the successful candidate will include attention to detail, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in computer systems and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs are also essential.
