Job Summary

The Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Schedules: Developing and managing daily maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinating with CAMO, AMO, and Facilities teams on tooling, spares, and manpower availability to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Documentation Management: Reviewing and collating CAMO work packs, defect reports, and maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Third-Party Liaison: Liaising with third-party service providers for specialist maintenance services such as NDT, re-weighs, and other specialized tasks.
  • Flying Schedule Optimization: Monitoring flying schedules to identify opportunities for maintenance and minimize disruptions.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and documentation accuracy throughout the maintenance process.
Requirements:
