Key Responsibilities- Manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve the centre's reputation.
- Mentor and support staff to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in a management or leadership role.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and meet safety and compliance standards.
