
Project Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Project Control Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the project controls team in the development, implementation, and delivery of project controls systems and processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet the required standards and expectations.
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, each with its unique challenges and opportunities. You will be responsible for researching and managing databases, collecting and reporting data, carrying out project health checks, and avoiding disputes.
We are looking for someone with experience working in different disciplines across Project Controls. You should have a strong understanding of scheduling management, program governance, change management, and document control.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline
- Experience in scheduling management, program governance, change management, and/or document control
- Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- The ability to take initiative and willingness to grow and develop professionally
- Ability to prioritize and manage own time in an environment with several competing requirements
- A strong team member with the ability to drive continuous improvement in the standard of project
