Job Title: Project Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our project controls activities throughout the portfolio lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

About the Role

The Project Controls Lead will work closely with project teams to provide project controls related activities, including scheduling management, cost management, risk management, document control, and reporting. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling management: Ensuring that projects stay on track regarding timelines and budgets.
  • Cost management: Overseeing all financial aspects of projects, including estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact project success.
  • Document control: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of project documents.
  • Reporting: Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications (preferred) and demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of terms, methods, and procedures of major disciplines for project controls.
  • Extensive experience in project controls within a mid-large-scale commercial organisation.
  • Previous management experience in a similar role (desirable).
  • Advanced computer literacy.
