3P Learning is a market leader in Ed Tech, inspiring kids to love learning with products like Mathletics and Reading Eggs. Our mission is to create better ways for children to learn, building positive experiences that make a real difference.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mobile-first marketing web pages and collateral to drive lead generation
  • Maintain marketing websites for optimal performance and efficiency
  • Support the Graphic Design team to design engaging on-brand marketing assets
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes using Balsamiq or Invision
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates, developers, and project stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A relevant graduate qualification in Digital Design/User Interfaces design and/or User Experience Design
  • Proven UX/UI experience within the digital design space
  • Ability to adapt and innovate designs based on research and human-centered design practices
  • Strong understanding of customer experiences/journey and technical expertise to find solutions for development bugs
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Indesign) and HTML/CSS coding skills
  • Understanding of CMS & Wordpress platforms and other software tools including Figma and Javascript
