Property Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional property maintenance services to eligible residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing property maintenance requests referred by relevant departments.
  • Collaborating with agencies and professionals to provide advice and referral for home modifications.
  • Conducting minor repairs, maintenance, and modifications in eligible residents' homes.
  • Providing comprehensive reports on service status and relevant issues to the Area Leader.
