The ML Operations and Platform Team is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning infrastructure to support all our initiatives. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving our machine learning architecture and operational processes. You will be responsible for collaborating with data scientists to understand model requirements and translating them into production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve reliability and latency for real-time feature and model serving
  • Manage and enhance machine learning pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
  • Contribute to the advancement of Rokt's machine learning infrastructure by working on projects such as the feature store, model serving platform, and model registry

About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of industry experience in software engineering roles, with development experience in Golang, Python, Java, and/or other programming languages
  • Experience with big data frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) for processing large datasets
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Salary: $160,000-$190,000 per annum, including superannuation and employee equity plan grant, plus world-class benefits.
