This is an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lead Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing logistics operations and leading high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Experience of planning, performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.
