About the Role:

  • This role involves performing detailed cleaning of newly constructed or renovated commercial and residential buildings.
  • You will be responsible for removing dust, dirt, and debris left behind by construction crews.
  • Cleaning windows, floors, walls, and ceilings to ensure all surfaces are spotless is also a key part of this job.
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, including hard-to-reach areas, is another essential task.
  • You will sanitize and polish restrooms, kitchens, and other spaces as needed.
  • Removing protective coverings, stickers, and labels from doors, windows, and appliances is also part of your duties.
  • Cleaning and polishing fixtures, cabinetry, and countertops is another important aspect of this role.
  • You will properly dispose of construction waste and materials.
  • Following company procedures and safety protocols to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment is crucial.
  • You will report any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction is essential.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in post-construction cleaning or a related field is required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Familiarity with cleaning supplies, tools, and techniques is required.
