Job Opportunity

S&A Advanced Cleaning is seeking a subcontract construction / commercial cleaner or labourer.

About the Role:

You will be working in a team environment, cleaning different residential and commercial build sites in Adelaide. This is post-construction cleaning. All necessary equipment and products will be provided, you simply arrive at work and clean allocated areas. Your main responsibilities will include removing dust and debris from joinery, flooring, walls, etc. You will also be provided with the company's vest to wear each day.

Working Hours and Payment:

- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Work hours will vary, days will be assigned to you.
- Contracts are available for large projects
- Payments will be made 5-7 business days after the completion of each job/site.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills are essential.
- A valid driver's license and own car for transport are required.
- You must have a registered ABN.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- At least one year of experience in cleaning (preferred)
- English language proficiency (preferred)

Additional Information:

- This is a fixed-term, subcontract position
- Contract length: 6 weeks
- Pay: From $150.00 per day
- Schedule: Day shift
